Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I do not agree with imposing restrictions on limiting my ability to invest in leveraged funds. I understand the greater risks and potential reward associated with these products. They are tools that, when used appropriately just like anything else, can help grow and protect my portfolio. The average American with capital to invest should not be barred from owning leveraged funds. Regards, Simon Eva
