Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: This rule change is a terrible idea. I use leveraged and inverse etf's to protect my portfolio during times of enhanced volativity. Without these products available I would be forced to try and time exit and reentry into my core holdings which has been proven over time to be a terrible strategy. Regards, Laura Ginett
