Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Dear SEC, Subject: Your proposed Rule #S7-24-15. I am a small, personal only, retail investor who has off and on invested in inverse and leveraged funds since 2008. I fully understand the risks of such funds and their varying performance characteristics. I consider it unfounded and unreasonable for the SEC to now impose some sort of qualifying restrictions as to who can/cannot participate in these vehicles.
