re: File No. S7-24-15 new rules for leveraged/inverse ETFs fm: K Zobel I am an individual investor. I use leveraged and inverse ETFs in my 401K and individual accounts. Both Fidelity and Etrade already do some screening of who is allowed to use these type of ETFs. In particular SSO(2x), QLD(2x), SDS((-2x), and QID(-2x) Unless you have overwhelming evidence to the contrary, I feel the current questions and restrictions being used by brokerages are entirely satisfactory for these investment types. However , I do have 30+ years of investing experience and do limit my use of these ETFs to LT 50% of assets and ensure used ETFs have adequate assets and liquidity for my needs. Thank you, K Zobel
