Hello, Your proposed regulations on whether I can purchase leveraged and inverse funds only after intrusive vetting are important to me, these funds allow me to seek enhanced returns and help protect my portfolio during a downturn in the market. I have an MBA in Finance specializing in investment analysis. Even though I work as an Engineer for CBS Television I am quite capable of understanding this type of investment.
