Hi: I need the access to leverage ETFs. I do not have that much money to be claim as accredited investors. However, I do have the knowledge to understand the risk behind the leverage ETF and I am willing to take such risk. It would be hugely unfair to limit the access to accredited investors or requires other to provide extensive documents in order to buy leverage ETF. SEC should protect the interest of all investors, not granting exclusive access to bigger investors.
