—— I am a small investor (ie not accredited) using leveraged ETFs responsibly in my self-directed investment plan. I subscribe to The Kelly Letter and sometimes use leveraged ETFs in a systematic, quarterly-rebalancing investment plan. These funds are important to me. I'm not engaged in reckless trading, understand the effect of daily magnification of an index’s price movement and use this magnification to my advantage.
