Subject: Inverse and Leveraged ETF's

Dear SEC, 
I am not in favor of any SEC effort to possibly disallow some investors to use Inverse and Leveraged ETF's. I am a senior citizen long-term investor. I sometimes use the Inverse ETF's because it is impossible to predict a market crash.  
And, disallowing some investors to use will reduce market liquidity and fair pricing for these securities.
