To whom it may concern: I have been informed that restricted access to leveraged ETFs is under consideration. I have used leveraged ETFs (2x, 3x) as components of my self-managed investment portfolio for several years and am strongly opposed to any restriction. Even if only unaccredited investor access were prohibited it could prevent them from growing their portfolio optimally. There are limitless ways to invest (or gamble) foolishly and as long as the investor is aware of the risks as well as the benefits this modality should be available to all. I would support strong language cautioning investors of enhanced risks as well as rewards with leveraged investments. Thank you for your attention. Henry Scovern
