I am against S7-24-15
I am a small, "hobby" trader and I have been trading the leveraged etfs for about 2 years now. Specifically DWTI, UWTI, RUSS, RUSL, YINN, YANG, UGAZ, DGAZ, DUST and NUGT. I realize the risks and the inherent volatility of these investments. I have been burned, but I have also done very well on some of my trades. On average I have made +30% per year. These etfs have never been intended to be, "buy and hold" investments and the companies offering them have been very clear on this provided you actually read the information given.
These investments are a perfect fit for my trading and I don't want them to go away.
