Hi,
We currently are trading the ETN, VelocityShares 3x Long Natural Gas ETN (UGAZ), and it's inverse DGAZ, as well as UVXY/SVXY, along with NUGT/DUST. I strongly believe that most if not all of us who trade these securities are aware and can assume the very real risks of either losing or gaining a lot of money with these instruments. Please do not make changes to these ETNs and ETFs in such a manner as to prevent them from being able to trade on a daily (hourly, minute, or seconds) basis. Tighter regulations as to how these ETNs/ETFs are computed and/or regulated are okay, but please allow their continued availability to be traded by individuals and companies.
