To whom it may concern,
I am writing this to ask that you reconsider this proposal of removing leveraged ETF's. I firmly believe that the people who have participated in this stock know how risky it is and take full responsibility in whatever comes their way when they purchase shares as is with penny stocks which can be more volatile than ETF's. I have experience trading leveraged ETF's and know that they are great tools to use if someone does not have a margin account and that they help people understand how the market moves. Removing leveraged ETF's can cause other people looking for volatility to resort to penny stocks which is an even greater risk and is susceptible to pump and dump schemes.
Thanks,
Henry
