RE: S7-23-20 COMMENT LETTER
I am a private investor with nearly 50 years of experience in the buying and selling of equities. The Commission proposal to create an Expert Market deserves strong support and an accelerated implementation.
Many issuers would readily take advantage of investors who do not have access to the same information flow. Price discovery would enable visibility of quotations with the transparency beneficial to all ethical parties. There are unintended consequences that could result from not having an Expert Market. Many sophisticated investors have made long-term purchases of stock in dark companies. They should not be arbitrarily penalized. More disclosure and information is always better.
