My retirement assets are invested in the stock market, and the new rules proposed by the SEC make it more difficult for ordinary investors to have access to corporate boards by introducing proposals for consideration by other shareholders. The new rules indicate you do not want shareholders to access the corporate ballot. I value my current rights as a small shareholder to participate with other shareholders in corporate management.
