I strongly reject the proposed rule to restrict shareholders rights to use the shareholder resolution process over issues with a distinct impact on financial, environments and social issues affected by a company. Each shareholder should continue to have a voice. There is a working process to pass a resolution if the majority of shareholders agree.
Please don't take away shareholder voices. Please don't silence and smother the ideas and creativity that shareholders have.
