Dear Chairman Clayton: I oppose these proposed rule changes in general. The rule changes would inhibit important improvement from being made on critical policy issues, such as human rights, CEO pay ratio, and international business. However, I think the current filing threshold of $2,000 can be adjusted to $2500. This is the only reasonable change in these proposed rule changes.
