Rule Comments, I am a long time cook who works on the Strip in Las Vegas, NV. My retirement is based on a mix of a 401k and a pension plan, which continually grows in small increments each paycheck. I very much care for corporate and CEO responsibility. The market needs to remain a fair and just place because I put my entire life's work into it. In addition to that CEO's should not solely be making decisions that affect us all, including the working class. This ranges from decisions that affect the environment to those that affect labor standards and human dignity. I very much oppose any legislation or rules that favor CEO's as large decision makers without input and weight from shareholders and the rest of Americans. Do not allow such rules to be implemented.
