Rule Comments, I have retired from a 30+ year career. I want main street to participate in this recovery. So far it hasn't with low paying jobs being created with no upwardly mobile possibilities. It is time that the SEC take some responsibility and support labor standards, environmental goals that benefit all of us. Look at taxing capital gains the same as earned income.
