Rule Comments, I am retired and most of my available funds are invested...primarily in stocks. Working people and retirees are invested in companies through our personal and retirement savings. We depend on shareholder proposals as part of a democratic process that holds corporate CEOs accountable. I care about corporate responsibility—labor standards, executive compensation, human rights and the environment. Rules should not be tilted in favor of corporate CEOs. Kyle Elwood [redacted]
