Rule Comments, Dear SEC Commissioners, I am a union representative for United Steelworkers Local 675 and am on union leave of absence from Chevron. I have savings in their ESOP program and I also have a pension plan. I care about corporate social responsibility, for example Unocal's one-tme partnership with the brutal military dictatorship of Myanmar (Burma) and its use of slave labor to build the Yadana Pipeline. It is important in my view to maintain the ability where necessary to get corporations to comply with human rights. Thank you. David W.
