Rule Comments, Hello I am a teacher who is extremely concerned about the unbridled power that corporations have been given. I have been investing in my 403 B account for over 20 years. I am counting on that money for my retirement. If you allow corporations to make-up their own rules on how to care for that money, it is sure that corruption will enter the picture and lead to economy similar to George W. Bush era recession.
