Rule Comments, Mr. Clayton, My name is Terrence Sheridan and I've worked for an electrical utility for nearly forty years. I am a stockholder in the company that has employed me. My stock purchases make me a part owner of the company. I have also saved in a 401k Plan that invests in stocks. That investment of my hard earned wages entitles me to voice at shareholder meetings. Please do not diminish my voice by making it harder for shareholders to submit proposals. Stockholders should have a voice in the governance of the companies that they own. Thank you.
