Rule Comments, I retired from the Social Security Administration about 5 years ago. I receive a pension that invests in the stock market. I care about corporate responsibility, including labor standards, executive pay, human rights and the environment, and I don’t want a rule change to make it harder for investors like me to file shareholder proposals.
