Rule Comments, I am a retired actress and I have had mutual funds with Fidelity for many years. I care about corporate responsibility AND the environment. I don't want there to to be rules that favor corporate CEOs. I oppose making it harder for all Main Street investors to file shareholder proposals, especially since these proposals almost always encourage companies to act responsibly on protecting the environment and reforming executive pay.
