Rule Comments, As a community college classified specialist it is of great concern to have care in the stewardship of pension dollars earned by employees . Corporate Chief's of Operations typically serve the institution's interests and not the interests of the working, contributing, highly skilled and dedicated craftspersons, educators and support staff that actually do the work and invest their money into pension plans.
