Rule Comments, Dear SEC, Must we have authoritarians running our corporations too. These are already more powerful than any governmental body, including you. Must we hand over to them absolute power? I beg you you to do your job, and keep these already too powerful CEOs in check. As an investor, a one day pensioner, a union member, and an honorably discharged veteran, I believe that most rules and regulations are in place for a good reason.
