Rule Comments, My name is Holly Stuart. I work as a church musician. When my mother died, I invested my very small inheritance in a stocks fund (I no longer remember its exact kind) with Vanguard. I do what I can to be involved with important issues such as human rights and labor standards, environmental concerns, hugely unequal pay scales, etc. We shareholders, even those of us with small holdings, need to be able to rein in corporate excesses and improprieties of all sorts. I want to continue to be able to have real input as a shareholder. I oppose any more rules that overwhelmingly favor corporate CEOs and suppress shareholder proposals and other shareholder input.
