Rule Comments, I am a postal worker and invest in stocks mainly through the Thrift Savings Plan. I have been in this Government 401K for over 30 years to supplement my retirement. I am active in issues such as corporate responsibility, labor, executive compensation, human rights and the environment. The rules of the game are already tilted in favor of overcompensated CEO’s, running corporations that are making RECORD profits. Enough is enough!
