Rule Comments, I am a public high school teacher who owns stocks and participates in a pension plan. I care about corporate responsibility regarding labor standards, executive compensation, human rights and the environment. Shareholder proposals encourage companies to act more responsibly on these issues. I d not want the rule tilted in favor of corporate CEOs. We must hold corporate CEOs accountable.
