Rule Comments, I am retired. I follow corporate affairs. I can not afford to own stock but corporations that represent my values I support by either buying their products or speak highly of them. Since I am retired I benefit from Investment plans. My money plus that of many other Americans does provide a way that we can ban together and impact corporations. Especially in the area of labor standards, human rights, especially the impact on the Environment and its effect on climate change. Unfortunately many CEOs and their underlings believe that they know what is best for the company not us small investors especially when it comes to their high salaries! Do not make it harder to submit shareholder proposals at company annual meetings. It reminds them who really has the best interest of the company.
