Rule Comments, As a teacher and an investor I really value my ability to share my opinion in a meaningful way, as in shareholder proposals, with the companies in which I own stock. I've never done so, but feel it's really, really important that that opportunity be there in case there is something I deeply care about--especially in terms of labor practices and the environment.
