Rule Comments, Do not let corporations stifle the voices of their shareholders! We need to be able to present proposals at company meetings to hold companies responsible for a range of items. This is part of a democratic process and should be supported by the SEC. My husband and I own a number of stocks/funds and want to be able to influence the companies that we put our hard-earned money into. Please allow the proposals to continue to be easily presented!
