Don,t let lobbyists talk for workers! I,m a worker (retired). Every shareholder should be able to submit proposals at annual meetings, if the proposal is against shareholder interests it will be voted down. If, however, it does not get voted down, perhaps it is only against the greedy short-term interests of the executive suite, in which case it is in the long term interests of all shareholders.
