Rule Comments, Dear SEC: I am a retiree with a pension. That pension relies on investments made in various corporate stocks. It is critical that corporations reflect the interests of customers, the public and stockholders. In terms of stockholders, nothing should be done to make shareholder resolutions harder to submit.
