Rule Comments, My husband and I are retired and depend upon our retirement funds with TIAA/CREF for our retirement. We are both strong supporters of the environment and stopping climate change. Corporations need to be run responsibly. This includes labor standards (laborers should be able to make a living wage working 40 hours/week), not having excessive executive compensation, taking care of the environment and supporting human rights. The changes you propose would prevent all of that. As owners of these corporations, we have a right to attempt to correct their malfeasance. Karlene Gunter [redacted]
