Rule Comments, Hello, My name is Dylan Parker and I work as a Construction Analyst for a small non-profit organization. I participate in a pension plan for my retirement and also invest in my wife's 401k & a few Roth IRAs, too. As a Main Street investor, I care about corporate responsibility--things like prioritizing fair labor, human rights and environmental standards is important to me. I don't want the rules titled in favor of corporate CEOs, so I'm formally lodging my opposition to the proposed rule. Thank you for your attention.
