Rule Comments, I am a retired psychologist and an individual investor for many years. I invest only in companies that meet certain social, environmental, and good governance criteria. I read the annual reports of each corporation and fund in my portfolio, and always vote my proxies. I often support the shareholder resolutions because I think they make sense. I urge you to allow shareholder resolutions to be considered in proxies. Corporations already have far too much power, in my opinion. Don’t make it harder for Main St investors like me.
