Rule Comments, I am a retiree who depends on investment income for living expenses. As a stakeholder, I oppose the effort to make it more difficult to submit shareholder proposals at annual company meetings. I care about corporate responsibility and shareholder proposals are an important way of holding corporations accountable. Please don’t change the rules to favor corporate CEOs over shareholders.
