Rule Comments,
I am a retired public school administrator who has over 900,000 thousand dollars of my pension funds tied up in the stock market and I do like the fact that the SEC is trying to change rules to limit shareholder input to corporate governance. Goddammit we smaller shareholders hardly have ANY influence on what CEO’s do with our money and you know that. To try to take away this piddling amount is arrogant, dismissive of our thoughts, and totally moving away from corporate transparency and accountability to us. Stop this stupid proposal and start proposing actions that open up shareholder influence.
