Rule Comments, I work for a non-profit organization on occupational safety and health. I have various retirement funds (in an IRA, a 401(k) & an investment account). I try to invest in stocks and mutual funds I consider socially responsible, and feel investor shareholder proposals are one aspect of holding companies accountable for their behavior.
