Rule Comments, I'm a real person and an investor. I spent 36 years 8 months working for the Ohio Department of Taxation before I retired in 2011. My broker is with Edward Jones. I am a retired member of the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association, worked hard to win union representation in 1983 and was a union steward for many years. I not only believe in fair labor standards and human rights, I've been an active supporter of the environment since high school (I graduated in 1968.) I am also really angry at the outrageous amounts of money paid to CEOs and extremely pissed off at the CEOs who really don't seem to give a damn about any corporate responsibility. Do not tilt the rules in favor of the corporate CEOs. Instead favor all the little guys who are trying to invest to create enough money to be able to retire when the time comes. Lu Roth [redacted]
