Rule Comments, I’m am retired and have small investment portfolio. I care about corporate responsibility—labor standards, executive compensation, human rights and the environment. Nobody is monitoring any of those concerns. The SEC needs to have regulations that aren’t tilted in favor of corporate CEOs. Don’t restrict the voice of shareholders.
