Rule Comments, I am a computer programmer working in the financial industry, and I am an investor via pension plans / retirement accounts (403(B) and IRA). I care about Corporate responsibility, both to consumers and shareholders, and to their employees, and to environmental issues, as well. As a Main Street investor, I oppose S7-23-19, and any other rules that would make it more difficult to file shareholder proposals. Corporations and CEOs need to be more attentive and responsive to their shareholders, not less. Linda Purser [redacted]
