Rule Comments,
Ladies and Gentlemen:
I do not want rules tilted in favor of corporate CEOs and other upper level executives. They are usually overpaid and not worth what they earn. These people are a drain on the earnings of the working class and a detriment to the American economy.
I am a business-to-business salesperson who is a Main Street investor. I own stock and participate in a pension plan. I care about corporate responsibility.
No executive of a company should earn more than 12 times as much as
the lowest paid employee of the company. Other countries have laws such as this. America should do the same. It is only fair to the investors and the workers.
