Rule Comments, I am retired History teacher , who would invest my raises and tax refunds in a series of mutual funds. This made me an investor while participating in a pension plan that also invested. I watched as CEO salaries exploded while workers pay stagnated. Boards of Directors sacrificed the workers for inflated executives who often used shareholders’ ideas to greater bonus packages. For companies to be successful both investors and workers work together financing or producing. Executives must be held accountable. This bill removes accountability. It would allow CEOs to walk away from disasters leaving both investors and workers devastated. Karen Zaremba [redacted]
