Rule Comments, My wife and I are both retired lawyers and Main Street investors. We invested our IRA and defined benefit plan assets in the markets. I care very much about corporate responsibility—labor standards, executive compensation, human rights and the environment. Skimming all the profits and leaving the public to pick up the costs is a terrible way to do business, but a great way to make a LOT of money! Labor should have voting seats on boards!
