Rule Comments, I own stock in several companies traded on the Stock Exchange and have for many years. The individual amounts are less than ten thousand dollars. I’m a retired picture framer. DO NOT take away my right to present stock holder petitions. Do not make petitions something for only the wealthy. Do not do it. My shares entitle me to participate.
