Rule Comments, My name is J. Michael Pinc and I am an instructor at a local community college. I strongly feel that corporate responsibility regarding labor standards, executive compensation, human rights and the environment should be guiding principles for any corporation that chooses to operate in our country and enjoy the benefits of a functioning democracy. Rules that are skewed in favor of corporate CEOs betray the principles of that democracy, and need to be restricted if we are to have a society where individual citizens are the priority, not the interests of corporations and their boards.
