Rule Comments, I am retired. I spent 36 years as an Agriculture Inspector/Officer with the U.S.Department of Agriculture and 4 years as an Agriculture Specialist with Customs and Border Protection. During that time I invested maximally in the Thrift Savings Plan. I am also invested in several Mutual Funds. I care about corporate responsibility—labor standards, executive compensation, human rights and the environment. Working people are invested in companies through our retirement savings. We depend on shareholder proposals as part of a democratic process that holds corporate CEOs accountable. We don’t want rules tilted in favor of corporate CEOs.
