Rule Comments, As a Main Street investor, I oppose making it harder for all Main Street investors to file shareholder proposals. I am a small business owner for over 40 years, I have invested significant amounts in stock, and have chosen to make only investments into what I consider socially responsible companies. I care about corporate responsibility—labor standards, executive compensation, human rights and the environment.
